Weekly Mowing Services Include:
Basic Care Program – 5 Step Lawn Fertilization Service
Early Spring (April - May)
Blended fertilizers are applied to enhance spring green-up and root development for increased turf density, pre-emergent barrier for the control of crabgrass and grassy weeds. Broad leaf weed control applied as needed.
Spring (May - June)
Treatment: Slow-release fertilizers are applied for controlled color and growth. We also perform a second application of pre-emergent crabgrass barrier for prolonged control. Inspection: Broad leaf weed control and surface-feeding insect control as needed.
Summer (July - August)
We apply balanced fertilizer to meet the specific needs of your lawn. Inspection & Treatment: Broad leaf weed control and surface-feeding insect control as needed.
Early Fall (September – October)
Slow and fast-release fertilizers are applied to aid in summer-stress recovery and enhance fall color. Inspection & Treatment: Broad leaf weed control and surface-feeding insect control as needed.
Late Fall (October)
We apply specially-blended fertilizers to enhance root development and early spring green-up. Inspection & Treatment: Broad leaf weed control as needed.
Weed Control for Landscaped Beds
Pre-Emergent
Used for the Control of Annual Grasses, Annual Sedges, and Broadleaf Weeds in Turfgrass, Landscape Ornamentals and Hardscapes areas. Pre-emergent must be applied at the right time or it will not work affectively
Hedge & Shrub
We have the ability to trim and shape small bushes and hedges to suit your needs. We use a gas powered hedge trimmers and a steady hand to carefully shape your bushes so that they receive the optimum water and sunlight
Power Edging
We use a gas powered edger to get that crisp finished looking edge. Power edging is typically done once in mid-summer but is available upon request.
We use gas powered core aeration machine to pulls plugs out of the lawn which allows moisture and nutrients to get to the root of the plants. The plugs are left on the lawn for additional nutrients and will be re-absorbed into the lawn. Some lawns will need more than water and fertilizer to look their best!

What is Core Aeration?
Core aeration is a process designed to supply your lawn with more nutrients and room to grow, so that the soil itself is better able to support your grass blades. A gas-powered device is rolled over the entirety of your lawn, and metal tubes attached to the device penetrate your lawn several inches deep and remove plugs of thatch and soil from the ground.
These plugs are deposited on the surface of your lawn to be re-absorbed as nutrients. The remaining holes provide several advantages for helping your lawn get stronger.
